To request a Return Authorization tag. (All returns are subject to review and require a Return Authorization number and must be unused and in their original manufacturer packaging.)

 We request that all items being returned include a return authorization number and copy of the original invoice. Only products in their original unopened and unmarked packaging will be credited.

 Restocking fee might apply to some returns.

 The following items cannot be returned: opened handpieces and small equipment, alloy, special order items, Rx and controlled substances.  

 Credit for Return You will receive a Credit Memo showing which products have been returned and the credit amount.

We will credit or exchange any product that is defective or does not perform to your satisfaction. Your credit will follow shortly. Any item that has reached its expiration date will not be accepted for credit consideration.
